going within,

meeting and making friends

with all the variations

and parts of Me.

Listening

to all their stories

and different perspectives.

Breathing,

long and slow,

taking it all in, 

heart breaking and opening –

no judgement,

only Love ❤️,

patience,

and compassion 🙏
